Conveniently located, helpful staff and great value for money. Comfortable bed and pillows, secure accommodations with 24-hour assistance. Close to shopping center and easy access to the hotel zone and beaches. A pleasant stay overall. 👍

The hotel is conveniently located near an OXXO shop, good bars, the Plaza de Las Americas centre, and a variety of bars and restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. They even had a kitchenette, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the location on the waterfront was fantastic.
All in all, this hotel was a great choice.

We stayed in a comfortable and secure hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, as it was near Plaza de Las Americas and close to many restaurants and bars with lively music. The room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. We were also pleased with the easy transportation options and the staff's willingness to assist us during our stay.
The pool hours were limited, and we couldn't swim after 6pm, which was a bit disappointing.

The apartment was spacious and had excellent AC, perfect internet, and super hot water. The TV had both Spanish and English channels, which was a great bonus. The staff, especially Oscar, were amazing and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the Plaza Las Americas mall, where I found a gym and a food court. The area has lots of restaurants and is only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for the hotel zone and beaches. a great stay in a convenient and authentic location.
I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenient location. Miriam, a very nice and helpful staff member. Clean and modern facilities. Good restaurants and music bars nearby. Short bus ride to beautiful beaches. Great pool. Good size room with amenities. Convenience store next door

During my recent stay at a hotel in Cancun, I was impressed with the functional and clean accommodations. The room had a comfortable seating area, a small outdoor patio, and a dining area with a table and chairs. The double bedroom was of decent size and the bathroom was clean. The kitchenette, though sparsely equipped, had a working fridge and a hob. The location was convenient for easy airport transfer. Despite some noise from a nearby bar, the complex itself was peaceful.
